Trainlytix – Terms of Use

1. Introduction
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Trainlytix mobile and web application (the "App"), operated by CodePass s.r.o., Na ovčinách 440/2, Prague, Czech Republic ("Company", "we", "us"). By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Account Types and User Roles
Trainlytix offers two main account types:
a) Individual Accounts
Intended for individual users. User roles under Individual Accounts:
- Coach
- Athlete
- Parent
b) Organization Accounts
Intended for clubs, schools, teams, or other organizations. User roles under Organization Accounts:
- Owner (highest level of control)
- Manager
- Coach
- Athlete
- Parent
The permissions and available features depend on the selected account type and assigned role.
3. Pricing and Subscription Plans
Trainlytix operates on a freemium and subscription-based model. Pricing plans depend on the selected account type, user roles, and scope of use. The following plans are available:
Free Plan – 0 €
Available to Athlete accounts (Individual Accounts only).
- Up to 50 recorded entries
- Access to all core features
Individual Coaches Plan – 20 € / month or 16 € / month (billed yearly)
Designed for individuals and small teams (Individual or small Organization Accounts).
- 14-day free trial
- Unlimited recorded entries
- Up to 20 team members included
- Additional team member: 5 € / month
- Additional viewer account (e.g. Parent): 1 € / month
Organizations Plan – 30 € / month or 24 € / month (billed yearly)
Designed for sports clubs, academies, and educational institutions (Organization Accounts).
- Unlimited recorded entries
- Pricing is calculated per Coach
- Up to 20 team members per Coach included
- Additional team member: 5 € / month
- Additional viewer account: 1 € / month
- Advanced analytics
Enterprise Plan – 1000 € / month or 800 € / month (billed yearly)
Designed for large organizations with advanced needs.

All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Detailed and current pricing information is always available within the App or on the official Trainlytix website. The Company reserves the right to modify pricing with prior notice.
4. Purpose of the App
Trainlytix is an AI-powered coaching and training analytics application intended to support athletes, coaches, parents, and organizations in tracking training, performance, and related data. The App does not provide medical advice.
5. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for unlawful purposes
- Upload false, misleading, or harmful content
- Attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt the App
7. AI Features Disclaimer
AI-generated insights are informational only and may be inaccurate. You use them at your own risk. Always consult qualified professionals for medical or training decisions.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, software, and trademarks related to Trainlytix are the property of CodePass s.r.o. or its licensors.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any damages arising from use of the App.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
